Want to change your item?
When shopping at By Sisterly our only wish is for all our customers to be completely and utterly satisfied with all of their purchases, but we also understand that sometimes this just isn't the case. Luckily, we do offer easy and flexible returns when purchasing with us online, if you change your mind within the first 3 weeks of purchasing your item.

Protocols
Your item must meet the following to be deemed refundable:

The item purchased must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with original tags and packaging.

All intimate garments including swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments. Hygiene protective slips must not be removed or tampered with. If they are tampered with your return will not be approved.

Sale items are not eligible for returns.

Gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Full-priced items purchased online can be returned for a complete refund.

Please take care when returning By Sisterly. items. Any items lost or damaged are the responsibility of the customers and we will be unable to process your returns or exchange. We always recommend keeping a record of your tracking receipts to avoid missing parcels.

If you do love your item but have purchased the wrong size we do offer an exchange for a different size this may take longer to process as we have limited stock available - we will however try our absolute best to accommodate everyone. If a late return, however, results in us having no more available stock we will offer a full refund.
Time Frames

Purchases made online can be returned within 3 weeks of arrival for an exchange or a refund. However, beyond this, we unfortunately won't be able to process your return.

Please allow 7-14 business days for us to process your returns. You will receive an email when this is complete.
Faulty Items

At By Sisterly. we thoroughly inspect all of our items before processing them for sale. If you, however, do receive an item you believe isn't up to our standards please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

You will be asked to provide images to us of your concern. However, items damaged after the arrival unfortunately aren't our responsibility including misuse to read care instructions and not using correct aftercare specific to each and every item.
